	Sóller... Magnificient mansion house above Soller with a huge pool... The origins of this unusual mansion house are more than 100 years old, yet the charme of the house can hardly be reflected on photo. The house built in style provencial has got unusually large rooms (especially its live-in kitchen of 100 square meters). Also the salon of the house has approximately 100 square meters, and has pool tables, a fireplace and a professional telescope. There is a stereo sound system throughout the house (incl. pool) and Astra HD TV with surround sound in the TV room and HD DVD in 2 bedrooms. W-LAN connection is also included in the house. The highlight of the house is its 15x7 meter large saltwater swimming pool with its own pool house with views onto Soller, the orange and lemon groves all the way to the ocean and the mountains. The Finca has lots of shade protected areas below a pergola in front of the kitchen, or on the grass lawns in front of, and behind the house. Even if you feel you are in the countryside, you are only 7 minutes walking distance away to the main sqaure of authentic Soller. From this square one can take the tram built in 1912 all the way to the harbour in 15 min. In the summer we rent out only the main house, in which case the price includes 3 hours cleaning per day, and preparing of the breakfast ( food not icluded). You can also rent a fishing boat for 100 euros per day (3-4 hours), with captain / driver. The rest of the year there is posibily to rent 3 apartments separately. Please ask for conditions.
