Sóller....
in former times one of the wealthiest towns of Majorca, also named the “Golden Valley” because of its gleaming orange gardens, is today a lively young town with an extraordinarily beautiful arquitecture and its "plaza" with cafés and restaurants. Together with Puerto de Sóller it counts about 14.000 inhabitants. The infrastructure is excellent and you can reach Palma through the new tunnel in 25 minutes. An hourly bus service takes you to Palma within only half an hour, and if you dispose of time to spend, the almost 100 year old railroad, the famous "Red Blitz", connects Sóller with Palma several times a day. Therefore.... an ideal location for a second residence, as much for the young family with children, couples seeking an idylic summer home as for elder people looking for a residence to ritire under the Mediterranean sun.

Sóller offers many distractions: the ´plaza´ with its lively cafés, the Calle La Luna where you can shop Majorcan specialities in the ´Colmado La Luna´ or the ´Finca Gourmet´. is a most enchanting mountain village only a few miles from Sóller which several times won the national contest as Spains´ most beautiful village. It is typical for its staircase footwalks and it´s old well preserved stone houses. The lovely ´plaza´ in front of the old church with it´s cafés and restaurants is a must. Here you find a cosmopolitan mix of international people. All of this makes Fornalutx a tip for those who look out for the special. An absolute must during your visit to Majorca.

Biniaraix...
iIs a picturesque mountain village where time seems to have stood still on the romantic ´plaza´ with an old café, a convenience store and the old small village church dating back to the 13th century. Some of it´s houses have arabic roots such as the village´s name. It belongs to the township of Sóller and is located only a few minutes from the centre at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains. It is the starting point of one of Majorca´s most famous hiking paths the ´Cami de Es Barranque´ to the mountain peak l´Ofre and on to Cuber water reservoir.

Deiá...
home of the late Robert Graves has risen to fame as a cosmopolitan artists´ village and more recently by the ´de luxe´ hotel La Residencia, formerly owned by the Virgin magnat Richard Branson and today by the Oriental Express Company remains one of the most looked after places for exclusive holiday residences.
The coastline and the typical stone arquitecture with the church hill and the cemetary as well as its pebble stone beach ´Cala Deiá´ make this beautiful village a unique attraction for people from all over the world.
